What are Horticoins?
Horticoins are your loyalty currency
Horticoins are a reward currency you earn automatically every time you shop on Hortibasket. They work as a store loyalty programme — the more you shop, the more you save on your next order.
1 Horticoin is equal to ₹1. You can use your accumulated coins to pay for a part of a future order at checkout, with no expiry date.

Coins are credited to your account automatically once you place an eligible order. No codes, no paperwork — just keep shopping.
Honest value
A coin is always worth ₹1. What you earn is what you can spend, one-to-one.
How you earn coins
Earn coins on every order

Place an order on Hortibasket and complete checkout with any payment method.
- 02
Right after ordering, the earned coins appear in your wallet's transaction history as “Awaiting Credit”.

Once the return window closes on your shipment, the coins are credited to your wallet and shown as “Coins Earned”.
What's the earn rate?
You earn approximately 1% of your eligible order value back as Horticoins on every purchase.
If an order is cancelled
Coins that were awaiting credit for a cancelled order are removed and marked as “Earn Cancelled” in your history.
Coins never expire
Once credited to your wallet, your Horticoins do not expire. They stay with you until you use them.
How you redeem coins
Spend coins at checkout

Add items to your cart and either go to checkout directly or open the cart.

Open the “Horticoins” section and enter how many coins you want to use, or tap “Use Max” to apply the highest allowed amount.

Your coin discount is applied to your order total before you pay.
Minimum redemption
You need at least 1 coin to redeem. If you qualify, the coin section in your cart will show your available balance.
Redemption cap
You can cover up to 20% of your cart value with coins, capped further by eligible product categories.
Can't combine with coupons
Horticoins cannot be used together with coupon discounts or influencer promo codes. Applying one automatically clears the other.
Items with active offers
Coins cannot be redeemed on products that already have an active offer. In a mixed cart, coins are applied only to the items without offers.
Understanding your history
What the wallet statuses mean
Every coin movement is recorded in your Horticoin Wallet transaction history. Here's what each status means:

| Awaiting Credit | Right after you place an order | Coins earned on a recent order, waiting for the return window to close. |
| Coins Earned | After the return window closes | Coins are now available in your wallet balance. |
| Coins Redeemed | When you spend coins | Coins you used to pay for part of an order at checkout. |
| Coins Refunded | When a redeemed order is refunded | Coins you redeemed get returned to your wallet if the order is cancelled or refunded. |
| Earn Cancelled | When an order is cancelled | Pending coins for a cancelled order are removed. |
| Admin Credit / Debit | Rare support adjustments | Manual adjustments made by our support team. |
